After spending the whole day with Uli and her family at the theme park, we headed back to their home to say goodbye. It was so hard to leave and there were tears all around.
Uli’s mother shared how much it meant for me to be Uli’s sponsor and to come and visit them after all theses years. She also shared some of the challenges that her family faces, and we spent time praying for each other.
After a long goodbye we took one final photo together.
On the way back to the hotel we stopped by the church to speak with the project workers
These are some of the church members who make it possible for me to sponsor my Uli. Their hard work and dedication to brining these kids to the Lord is an inspiration. As hard as it was to know that I had just said goodbye to Uli, I knew that I had left her in good hands.
